Mayor Michael A. Nutter has announced a series of eight Town Hall Meetings throughout Philadelphia to explain the city response to the financial crisis and changes to the budget.

“This is an opportunity for Philadelphians to hear directly from the leadership of city government on changes that will have an impact on their communities”, said Mayor Nutter. We look forward to the opportunity to meet with citizens all across the city to explain what has led to our financial situation, why we have made the very difficult budget decisions that we have made, and to listen to the concerns of people throughout many neighborhoods.

Tuesday, November 25th
South Philadelphia High School
2101 S. Broad Street
7:00PM – 8:30 PM. Doors open at 6:15 PM

The November EPX Town Watch walks will be held:

  • November 5th (Wednesday) at 8:00 PM
  • November 19th (Wednesday) at 8:00 PM
  • Next walk: November 28th (Friday) at 8:00 PM

**Walks are scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays and the fourth Friday of each month starting at EPX Office located at 1940 S. 13th Street. at 8:00pm ** A walk will be canceled if it is raining at the start time.

The November EPX General Membership meeting will be held on Monday November 3rd from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Everyone is welcome.

The meeting will be held at the St. Agnes Continuing Care Center (Broad and McKean) in the auditorium. Ask the front desk for directions.

The November EPX Planning and Zoning Committee meeting will held on Wednesday November 19th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to discuss:

12th and Emily Streets Townhouse Development and 1726 S. 13th Street (application for a permit for a two-family dwelling).

This meeting will take place at St Agnes Continuing Care Center (Broad and McKean Street) in the Neumann Room (as front desk for directions).
