Spooky Saturday Costume Contest

Singing Fountain at East Passyunk Ave & Tasker Street
Bring the kids down to East Passyunk for apple cider and treats, pumpkin and trick or treat bag decorating, and trick or treating for candy around the Fountain. Prizes will be given out for Funniest, Scariest and Most Original Costumes in the following age categories: 11am – Ages 4 & Under; 11:30am – Ages 5 to 8; 12 noon – Ages 9 to 12; and 12:30pm – Dogs

Join EPX members, and other neighbors, on Saturday, October 22nd beginning at 11:00 a.m. for FREE Pumpkin Painting at the Free Library of Philadelphia, South Philly Branch 1700 S. Broad Street. Groups can not be accommodated and pumpkins are available on a first come basis.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 6th at 6:30 p.m.! EPX and the Lower Moyamensing Civic Association are sponsoring a rain barrel workshop which will be held at the EPX offices 1729 S. 11th Street (on the campus of Neumann-Goretti High School.) Registration will opened soon and on a first come, first served basis. The workshop is FREE but requires a signed waiver for owners and/or tennents and will last two hours.
