Please join EPX Civic – Friends of Southwark for our Paper Happy Hour! Paper is always in short supply at our Philly neighborhood schools, so bring a ream (or more) of paper for our wonderful teachers and staff. The first 30 people to bring a ream will get half-off their first drink thanks to Adobe’s generous owner. There will also be a chance to mix and mingle with Southwark teachers and staff.

Kids are welcome, and EPX Civic – FOS will provide kid-friendly drinks!

Paper Happy Hour

Come to our October Zoning Meeting on Wednesday, October 14th at 7PM at the Neumann-Goretti Library, Room 211, 11th and Moore.

AGENDA:

617-621 Moore St (CMX-2)
Application for erection of nine( 9) single family homes with balcony on third floor; eight (8) of the homes to be served by internal parking lot accessed by a single curb cut on Moore Street, one (1) of the homes to feature a parking garage on Pierce Street. Technical language in variance calls for two “multi-unit” buildings but the homes will actually be single family. Refused because of multiple structures, lack of commercial space, front-facing parking space , and lack of rear yard depth.

Join EPX for our zoning meeting Wednesday August 12th at 7PM at Neumann Goretti’s Library, Room 211, 11th and Moore.

Agenda:

1325 Snyder Ave (CMX-1): For the construction of a second story rear addition for extension of existing business and professional office.

1617 E Passyunk Ave (CMX-2.5): Liquor license for expanded restaurant (Laurel) into 1615-1617 E Passyunk Avenue. License #R 6399.

Check out our first ever harvest donation day at East Passyunk Crossing Community Gardens. So thrilled to be working with our new partners at Southeastern Asian Mutual Assistance Associocations Coalition (SEAMAAC) and to be able to donate fresh produce to folks who can use it!

Check out this great organization.
