Ss. Neumann-Goretti High School, 11th and Moore Streets in EPX, will host an AVI Clinic on Saturday, March 9th from 10a.m. to 7p.m., these ONE ON ONE sessions with OPA (Office of Property Assessment) representations are on a first come, first served basis. These sessions will allow homeowners to apply for “Homestead Exemptions” and learn how to proceed in the appeal process.

EPX will host, at the request of Councilman Squilla, an AVI (Actual Value Initiative) presentation on Tuesday, March 26th at in the auditorium of Ss. Neumann-Goretti High School.

Join fellow East Passyunk Crossing friends and neighbors as we attend the EPABID’s annual Easter Egg Hunt!

The East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District invites you to bring your kids to the Avenue for a FREE Easter Egg Hunt! They’ll have bags to decorate to use to hunt for Zitner’s Fine Confections and candy filled eggs + the Easter Bunny will be hopping around. Times are staggered by age group: 11am – ages 4 and under, 12 noon – ages 5 to 7, 1pm – ages 8 to 10. Select restaurants will offer kid-friendly brunch that day and lots of kid-oriented shops will have special Easter sales.

The EPX Education Committee will be holding its first Volunteer Day at Southwark Elementary School on Wednesday, February 6th from 8:00 am until noon. We will be moving some furniture and organizing the auditorium and a teacher resource room, and also sprucing up some bulletin boards in both areas.
