A: <\/strong>The Bellwether District\u2019s remediation is a massive, multifaceted undertaking and requires a
coordinated effort. Remediation activities are conducted by HRP\/PESRM and by a former owner of the
property. Information about HRP\u2019s remediation activities is available on The Bellwether District website;
on the Community page, there is a section with environmental reports. Information about the prior

A: <\/strong>The Bellwether District anticipates an updated master plan will be made publicly available in Q2 of
2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q5: Can you talk about the toxic waste situation on the site? How will it be removed?<\/strong>
A: <\/strong>Most hazardous waste has been removed and properly disposed of off-site. Some waste is still being
collected and managed for recycling or disposal such as spent carbon and universal wastes (e.g., spent
bulbs, batteries). Regarding soil and groundwater cleanup, please see the response to Question 2 above.
