Actual Value Initiative (AVI) Clinic & Presentation – How will it affect you?
EPX will host, at the request of Councilman Squilla, an AVI (Actual Value Initiative) presentation on Tuesday, March 26th at 7:00.pm. in the auditorium of Ss. Neumann-Goretti High School.
The list of presenters includes Councilmen Squilla and Kenney, as well as representatives from the Board of Revision of Taxes (BRT) and the Office of Property Assessment (OPA)!

Alphabet Academy is hosting a “Bunny Hop” with the Easter Bunny to raise funds to send Gabe to Disney. Gabe is only 5 years old and has Cerebral Palsy. In addition to helping this little boy achieve his dream, your child will learn an invaluable lesson about how wonderful it feels to play a role in helping others in need. Advance donations are being accepted at all Alphabet Academy locations, more info on their Facebook page.

Join fellow East Passyunk Crossing friends and neighbors as we attend the EPABID’s annual Easter Egg Hunt!
The East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District invites you to bring your kids to the Avenue for a FREE Easter Egg Hunt! They’ll have bags to decorate to use to hunt for Zitner’s Fine Confections and candy filled eggs + the Easter Bunny will be hopping around. Times are staggered by age group: 11am – ages 4 and under, 12 noon – ages 5 to 7, 1pm – ages 8 to 10. Select restaurants will offer kid-friendly brunch that day and lots of kid-oriented shops will have special Easter sales.
