Our dedicated Zoning & Planning Committee oversees crucial aspects of local urban planning such as zoning variance meetings, civic design reviews, L&I violation reporting, and vacant property initiative, among various other city planning functions.

Monthly Meeting

Join us for our Zoning Committee gatherings, typically scheduled for the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm when there are pending zoning variance applications. If there are no pending applications, the meeting is cancelled.

We give updates about upcoming meetings and the latest applicants are during the EPX Civic Association’s General Membership meeting, which happens every first Monday of the month. You can also find details in our monthly email newsletter.

Currently, all Zoning Committee meetings are being held via Zoom videoconference. For larger projects that require more space, we’ll gather at the East Passyunk Community Center, 1025 Mifflin Street. In case of scheduling conflicts or holidays in some months, we may reschedule the meeting day – but rest assured, all our meetings remain open to the public, and we’d love to have you join us!
