Join EPX members, and other neighbors, on Saturday, October 22nd beginning at 11:00 a.m. for FREE Pumpkin Painting at the Free Library of Philadelphia, South Philly Branch 1700 S. Broad Street. Groups can not be accommodated and pumpkins are available on a first come basis. Â
