Soak It Up, Philly! events offer opportunities for Philadelphians to experience the Philadelphia Water Department’s newest green stormwater management projects – green streets. These specially designed street features are a component of Green City, Clean Waters – the City’s innovative and environmentally sustainable plan to improve the health of our waterways through a primarily green approach.
