The application deadline for the Fall 2012 Street Tree planting season is Saturday March 31st please drop all applications off at 1611 S. 12th St. mail-slot in red door. You can download an application here, fill it out and return to 1611 S. 12th St. (mail slot on red door), or email us and we will make sure you get one. The first two pages are all you need to submit. Keep in mind you can simply submit applications all year long, and they will simply be submitted at the next application deadline.
