The board of East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association is pleased to announce that we are now the official Registered Community Organization (“RCO”) for our boundaries (Tasker to Morris, Broad to 8th). The RCO designation is a product of the new zoning code and formally requires that zoning board applicants appear at our zoning meetings before their Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing.
Our next Planning/Zoning meeting is Wednesday, September 19th at 7PM @ the EPX Center at 1729 S 11th Street.
