The East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association Beautification Committee recently acknowledged a home on the 2000 block of South 11th Street as its Fall Window Box Contest winner. Voting occurred over the last two weeks, with the civic entity awarding the top-three entrants with cash prizes. —South Philly Reivew.
