Have you lived in and owned your Philadelphia home for ten or more years? If so, you may quality for the city’s LOOP program which is designed to help longtime owner occupants get relief from rising real estate taxes.
Councilman Mark Squilla spoke about the program at our last General Membership meeting and he stressed that if you meet the ten year requirement you should see if you qualify for the savings
