HOME INVAISON ROBBERY- 2500 S 11TH STREET

On Friday, 8-22-14 at 7:38 am, an elderly male responded to a knock on his front door. When he opened the door the female offender handed him a card that stated “I CAN HELP YOU”. The female attempted to get into the home while grabbing the complainant around the waist area, the complainant was able to push the female out of his doorway but the offender took his wallet.

Everyone is reminded to use caution when someone knocks on your door.

Offender is described as a black female in her late 30’s, 5’7”, 130 lbs, dark skin, curly hair, white t shirt, dark jeans.

This may be the same female who knocked on a door on at 100 Porter Street where the female offender asked an elderly woman for a glass of water, the resident allowed the offender inside her home and her purse was stolen. Report taken 8-22-14 at 9am.
