- Kid Stuff: FREE Pumpkin Decorating, Arts & Crafts with Young Rembrandts, music by Ben FM, Trick or Treating from the Crafters with AversaPR bags at the Singing Fountain (11:00AM-1:00PM)
- Costume Contest staggered by age group: 11:00AM – Ages 4 & Under; 11:30AM – Ages 5 to 8; NOON – Ages 9 to 12; 12:30PM – Dogs
- Trick or Treating down the Avenue (1:00PM)
- BenFM Dance Party with treats from Acme at the Mifflin Triangle (1:30-3:30PM)
- Live Music at the Fountain: 1:00PM – Passyunk Pickers, 2:00PM – Mia Johnson, 3:00PM – We Are Fauna
