Zoning Meeting for Bok-Remapping: Wed April 8 at 7PM

City Council is exploring re-mapping the Bok Technical High School site to IRMX in accordance with the Planning Commission’s South District Plan draft recommendations. IRMX is a new zoning district that allows a mix of residential, commercial, and artisan industrial. New Bok owner/developer Lindsey Scannapieco of Scout, LTD will be presenting plans for the development of the building in accordance with the proposed re-mapping. Please attend to learn about the plans and provide guidance to City Council and First District Councilman Mark Squilla about the remapping.

1316 Sigel (RSA-5): Permit for the erection of a one story addition on the third floor level with a roof deck over the second story portion of an attached structure.  Refused for insufficient open area on the 3rd floor.
