Zoning Meeting: October 14 at 7PM

Come to our October Zoning Meeting on Wednesday, October 14th at 7PM at the Neumann-Goretti Library, Room 211, 11th and Moore.

617-621 Moore St (CMX-2)
Application for erection of nine( 9) single family homes with balcony on third floor; eight (8) of the homes to be served by internal parking lot accessed by a single curb cut on Moore Street, one (1) of the homes to feature a parking garage on Pierce Street. Technical language in variance calls for two “multi-unit” buildings but the homes will actually be single family. Refused because of multiple structures, lack of commercial space, front-facing parking space , and lack of rear yard depth.
