(Location is the Passyunk avenue side of the building previously occupied by Chiarella’s.) Limited “satellite†distillery license allowing retail sales, limited samples, and sale of drinks (alcohol limited to Manatawny’s line). Hours limited by law to no later than 11PM.
1709 E Passyunk Ave: Barcelona Wine Bar (CMX-2.5)
(Location is the building currently occupied by A Man’s Image.) Liquor license for a by-right restaurant. Applicant has previously attended in April a public information session and has agreed to amend hours, trash disposal, and address other neighborhood concerns.
