EPX neighbors – are you interested in what will be happening to the vacant property on South Broad that was formerly McDonald’s? Our neighboring RCO South Broad Street Neighborhood Association will be holding a Community Meeting Tuesday April 16, 2019 at 7:00 PM to discuss the property. The application is for a Group Medical, Dental, Health Practitioner Office in an existing attached structure.Â Zoning CMX-2.5Â

The meeting will be held at Constitution Health PlazaÂ 1930 South Broad StreetÂ (NWC of McKean Street / Passyunk Avenue)Â Conference Center â€“ 1st Floor. All are invited to attend.

If you are unable to attend this community meeting, the official Zoning Hearing for the property will be Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 3:30pmÂ
