Join Us for Community Science Day at Southwark School on September 30th!

Hello, EPX Community!

We’re excited to share some exciting news with you. The Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center is hosting a special event that we believe you’ll find both informative and engaging. Mark your calendars for Community Science Day, taking place at Southwark School on Saturday, September 30th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

What’s Community Science Day all about?

This event is all about promoting health and raising cancer awareness within our community. The aim is to encourage regular health screenings and foster a sense of well-being among our neighbors. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn more about cancer prevention and treatment options, and it’s also a chance to connect with fellow community members who share similar health concerns.

What to Expect:

  • Wellness Screenings & Flu Shots: Take advantage of free health screenings to monitor your well-being and stay proactive about your health by getting your flu shot at the beginning of the season.
  • Kid-Friendly Science Exhibitions: Engage in interesting exhibitions that make learning about health and wellness fun for all ages.
  • Community Spirit: Connect with your neighbors and strengthen our community spirit by coming together for this important cause.

Thank you for being a valued member of our community, and we hope to see you there on September 30th.
