As part of this year’s EPXtravaganza, along with great food, our “Kid’s Korner”, plant sale, bake sale and our FAMOUS BASKET RAFFLE, EPX continues our traditional Neighborhood Yard Sale!
Spaces are 8’X13’ (a parking space) – first come, first served
• Bring your own blanket or table(s) and chairs; we provide the space only
• Cost: $10 per space; $5 for EPX members (see below)
• Set-up begins at 7:30 AM
• Vehicles are allowed in the yard sale area until 8:30 AM
• Event is RAIN or SHINE; we’ll move inside if it’s raining
• Sorry, no refunds
