The May EPX Planning and Zoning Committee meeting will held on Wednesday, May 27th, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Everyone is welcome.

At the June 24 meeting, the community is invited to a presentation regarding the proposed development of the existing property at 2017-20 S. 12th Street (NEC @ Emily Street). A permit has been requested for the relocation of the lot line to create eight lots from two (2) lots to be as follows: Parcel A, an existing 2-story attached structure with use as an approved grocery store on the first floor with an existing single family dwelling above; Parcels B-H, for the erection on each lot of a 2-story attached structure for use as a single family dwelling on each lot, with partial demolition to create rear yards and legalization of a 6′ high fence; and related site improvements, as per application and submitted plans.
