Brady Russell of Clean Water Action will present at the February 1, 2010 EPX General Membership meeting. Please join us at our new GM meeting location… the Cafeteria of Saints John Neumann & Maria Goretti High School 11th & Moore streets!
Brady Russell works with Clean Water Action. He will speak about the City of Philadelphia’s groundbreaking efforts to manage our cities growing problems with stormwater using more green space and tree cover. These approaches will both reduce flooding and sewer backups as well as protecting the health of the Delaware River. Clean Water Action has also been deeply involved in the city’s recycling program and can update EPX members on the latest developments in Philadelphia’s strategy to increase recycling.
