Zoning Meeting: Wednesday, October 24th at 7PM

We will be holding their zoning meeting on Wednesday, October 24th at 7:00PM at the EPX Center @ 1729 S 11th St. (Enter through gate on 11th St. just north of Neumann-Goretti H.S./Moore St. Office is in 2nd yellow-brick building on left.) All neighbors are welcome and open to the public.

1653 E Passyunk Ave (Cantina Los Caballitos): Update on lot and EPX agreement (it’s still coming, just an explanation of why it’s taking so long).

1843-5 E Passyunk Ave (King of Jeans, again…):Re-revised plan for 9 two bedroom units with first floor commercial and second floor office commercial space.

1816 S 9TH ST: Retail grocery store on first floor with two apartments on second floor.

1601 S 10th St (Fountain Porter): Application for modification of PLCB conditional licensing agreement to extend hours from 1AM to 2AM and re-allocate seating requirement.

1146 McKean ST: For use of first floor as convenience store/grocery with existing second floor residential.

NEW ADDITION! 1908 E Passyunk Avenue: Application for limited distillery retail license to sell limencello by retail only; no consumption on premises besides a total of 1.5 ounce sample per person. By law, hours cannot exceed 11PM.
