Recycling is a hot issue in Philadelphia today. Currently the City recycles at a 6% recycling rate. Incentive based Model Programs have brought recycling to levels greater than 90%.
Come hear Maurice Sampson, the City’s first recycling Director, discuss incentive based recycling and how you can bring it to your neighborhood.
