Ninety-six neighbors attended the registration gathering at the Tolentine Community Center on Monday September 18, 2006 and became the first official voting members of the association.
The General Membership ratified the Association’s Corporate Constitution and Bylaws by vote of Eighty-two to One!
Along with the Articles of Incorporation, filed with the State of Pennsylvania, the Corporate Constitution and Bylaws complete the governing documents of the Association.
