Penn Students present “Planning Report” to EPX

Earlier this year students from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate Program in City Planning worked with EPX on a comprehensive study of our neighborhood. They initially presented their finding to their professors and the EPX co-chairs n May. They have since published a copy of their report and the Board of EPX has had a few months to review and evaluate their findings and suggestions. Now it is time for the General Membership to hear their presentation.

So at the November 1st General Membership meeting, held at 7:00 p.m. in Ss. Neumann-Goretti’s Cafeteria, several students who worked on the project will present a PowerPoint presentation on their evaluation of many areas of our neighborhood that have significant impact on EPX and all our residents.

Zoning/planning, environment & greening, health & safety, traffic & parking, grant opportunities, public transit and more are covered in this comprehensive plan!

Please plan to attend and be ready to ask questions regarding this extremely relevant and impressive report.
